The hope is that persistent, non-partisan rational analysis will be spread and get through to politicians and decision makers. Hopefully Biden's policy is actually changing.

How to hold Putin"s feet to the fire of international law is the challenge. To make the 800 pound Russian bear go hibernate needs to be done now.
