REPRISE: "IMPEACHMENT" -- the word nobody can say
There is an obvious remedy for the total compromise of national security by the pro-Russian president of the United States, who seems to be senile and susceptible to suggestions by people like Laura Loomer, who is reportedly responsible for his firing the head of the National Security Agency, a four-star general, his deputy, and other top NSA officials.
See Juliann E. Barnes, “Head of National Security Agency and Cyber Command Is Ousted; No reason was given for the removal of Gen. Timothy D. Haugh. The far-right activist Laura Loomer had called for his ouster in a meeting with President Trump, an official said,” New York Times, April 3, 2025.
That remedy is impeachment by the House ofcRepresentatives, and conviction on one of the impeachment charges and removal from office by a two-thirds vote of the Senate.
Despite the havoc unleashed by Donald Trump and his unconstitutional executive orders, thno firing of tens of thousands of federal employees, and his dismantling of important government agencies and programs, almost no elected Representatives or Senators seem capable of saying the word “Impeachment”.
Representatives and Senators in Congress as well as ordinary citizens need to learn to say this word, or the alternative words “Impeach and remove Trump”.
Let us help them learn to say the words.
The first, “Impeachment”, is actually quite easy.
Let’s start with the spelling.
I M P E A C H M E N T
The pronunciation is straightforward.
“Im…peach…ment”
“Im” like in “impossible”
“peach” like in “Georgia peach”
“ment” like in “pavement”
All together now, “impeachment”
phonetically US: (im pēch′mənt)
Once Congressmen and Senators have learned to say the word “Impeachment”, it should be a simple matter for them to learn to say the words “Impeach and remove Trump”.
If they have trouble saying these words, we can offer further instruction.
