For proof that the editors of the Washington Post and the New York Times don’t have a sharp eye for what is relevant and significant, consider the fact that neither paper reported on this moronic statement by President Trump, in response to a question at a press conference in the Oval Office.
Watch the video on DW (Deutsche Welle) cited above.
Sometimes a moment or statement, like a lightning flash, can reveal what is in— or in this case not in, a person’s mind.
This lightning-flash intoTrump’s mind reveals a total ignorance of international law and the U.N. Charter, and even a total lack of everyday common sense.
As Secretary of State Rex Tillerson reportedly said upon leaving his first substantive meeting with Trump in 2017, “The man is a f…… moron.”
Trump is not qualified to conduct the foreign policy of the United States on his own, not smart enough to gather together a team of real experts to guide him in this challenging endeavor, or humble enough to follow their advice.
Consequently, he must be impeached and removed at the earliest opportunity in order to safeguard the national security interests of the United States.
There are other reasons to remove him, such as his being a Russian asset seeking to further the interests of Russia, and his numerous violations of the Constitution as he attempts to illegally take over the government, in what is effectively an attempted coup d’état.
I know that these repeated admonitions sound repetitive.
But just as if you were in a house on fire, you don’t stop screaming “FIRE!” just because you've already said it.
